The dry screw vacuum pump is a pumping device for suction and exhaust generated by a pile of mutually meshing screws and synchronous high-speed reverse rotation in the pump casing. The two screws are processed by fine dynamic balance and supported by bearings. Installed in the pump casing, there is a certain gap between the screw and the screw, so when the pump is working, there is no friction between each other, the operation is stable, the noise is low, and the working chamber does not need working medium. working principle:

As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a pair of parallel spiral rotors 1 and 2 are installed in the screw vacuum pump. The spiral direction 1 is right-handed and 2 is left-handed. The two rotors are kept synchronized and reversed in the pump body through a stack of gears 3. Spin. There is no friction between the rotor and the rotor, and between the rotor and the pump body and a certain gap is maintained. A plurality of sealed cavities 4 are formed between the two rotors and the pump body 9, and the number of the sealed cavities is equal to the number of spiral turns of the rotor.
When the two rotors rotate in the direction shown in the figure, the space in the sealed chamber connected to the suction port 5 gradually increases, and the gas is sucked in and pushed to the exhaust side. The space in the sealed chamber 6 on the exhaust side gradually increases during the rotation. It becomes smaller and the gas is compressed to the exhaust port 7. These sealed cavities regularly "move" from the inlet side of the pump to the outlet side, so that the gas is transported out in a swirling flow. The continuous movement of the pump does not change the gas flow direction, so that the particles entrained by the gas can be pumped out as vapor within a certain range.
When running for a long time, it is necessary to pass an appropriate amount of coolant into the jacket 8 of the pump body and the side cover to cool the pump, so as to achieve temperature balance.
Since the heat of compression is mainly generated on the exhaust side 6, in order to fully cool the rotor, an appropriate amount of air or other suitable gas can be introduced into the pump cavity through the air aeration port 10 under most working conditions.

*After adopting anti-corrosion coating treatment, it is especially suitable for product distillation, drying and degassing in pharmaceutical and chemical processes.
