The dry screw vacuum pump is a pumping device for suction and exhaust generated by a pile of mutually meshing screws and synchronous high-speed reverse rotation in the pump casing. The two screws are processed by fine dynamic balance and supported by bearings. Installed in the pump casing, there is a certain gap between the screw and the screw, so when the pump is working, there is no friction between each other, the operation is stable, the noise is low, and the working chamber does not need working medium. Therefore, the screw vacuum pump can pump out gas containing a large amount of condensable gas and dust, and it is an environment-friendly and energy-saving vacuum pump. It is an updated product of oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump, liquid ring vacuum pump and reciprocating vacuum pump.
